What alteration services do you offer?
I offer professional alterations in Augusta, GA, including hemming, garment repairs, resizing, and fit adjustments. Services are confirmed after reviewing the garment in person.
Do you alter garments you didn’t make?
Yes. Alterations are the core of my business. I work on most everyday and special-occasion garments (non-bridal).
Do garments need to be clean?
Yes. All garments must be clean and free of strong odors. I do not work on dirty or unwashed items.
Do I need an appointment?

How much do alterations cost?
Alteration pricing varies based on garment type, fabric, construction, and the work required. Final pricing is confirmed in-studio after reviewing your garment.

How long does alterations work take?
Turnaround time depends on garment type, complexity, and current workload. Estimated timelines are provided at drop-off.
Do you offer bridal or wedding alterations?
No. Bridal gowns, wedding attire, and bridal-party services are not offered at this time.
Do you offer refunds?
Due to the nature of alterations, all services are final once work begins. Please inspect garments at pickup.

You choose the pattern. I cut, sew, and tailor it for fit.

What is pattern sewing?
Pattern sewing means I construct a garment using an existing commercial sewing pattern (paper or PDF). I do not design garments or draft patterns from scratch.
Can I send a photo and have you recreate it?
Not from a photo alone. I do not recreate exact garments from pictures. If you can provide a commercial pattern that matches the look, I can review it.
Can you help me choose a pattern?
Yes. I can suggest or review commercial sewing patterns to help you choose an appropriate option.
What do I need to provide for pattern sewing?
Please provide:
  • The sewing pattern (PDF or paper)
  • Your size selection
  • Your event or deadline date
Fabric: Fabric is selected and handled by me to ensure proper quality and suitability.
Is a consultation required for pattern sewing?
Yes. A paid consultation is required before booking pattern sewing services.
How many pattern sewing projects do you take?
Pattern sewing availability is limited each month to maintain quality and turnaround time.
