I SEE YOU ARE MAKING/SELLING FACE MASKS. WHAT TYPE OF FABRIC MATERIAL DO YOU USE?
- We use 100% high-quality cotton fabric for our face masks.
WILL THESE FACE MASKS PROTECT ME FROM CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19)?
- Masks are recommended by the CDC for helping reduce the spread of COVID-19. These are NON-CLINICAL masks and no medical or efficacy claims are being made about them. A cloth mask is never a substitute for a surgical or N95 mask. We encourage you to continue social distancing and regular hand-washing.
HOW ARE THE FACE MASKS MANUFACTURED?
- All face masks sold on this website (houseofladyj.com) are handmade and produced in the USA, home-based in Augusta, GA by Lady J and her sewing machine.

WHEN WILL YOU SHIP MY ITEMS?
- All items are subject to a handling period before dispatch.
- 99% of orders leave our crafty warehouse within 3β7 business days of payment.
- Youβll receive an email notification once your items have been shipped.
Orders placed by 2 PM EST and in-stock may ship the same business day. We do not ship on major holidays.
Shipping Disclaimer: HouseOfLadyJ.com is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages. Packages marked delivered but βnot receivedβ must be addressed with your local Post Office. USPS scanning delays are beyond our control once the package leaves our premises.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ITEM(S)?
- Personalized items such as coffee mugs, pillows, keychains, and in-house ready-to-wear garments typically arrive within 3β7 business days (U.S.). International orders may take longer.
- Specialty or giveaway items may require 1β3 weeks for delivery when shipping from outside the U.S.
WHERE ARE MY ITEMS COMING FROM?
- Our main fulfillment is based in North America, with some specialty items from Australia, Japan, Germany, the U.K., and Thailand. All handmade goods are produced in Augusta, GA 30909.
WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?
- Items in the same purchase may ship separately for logistics reasons. Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries.

HOW OFTEN DO YOU POST NEW ITEMS?
- We add new items to HouseOfLadyJ.com frequently. Join our email list to stay updated on new drops and collections.
SINCE YOU SEW CLOTHING, CAN I SEND YOU A PHOTO AND HAVE YOU MAKE THAT EXACT ITEM FOR ME?
- No. We do not produce custom garments or custom orders based on photos. What is sewn and made available in store is the final product. There are no:
- No custom sizing requests
- No custom color requests
- No custom order requests
- No alteration requests
- No special hemming requests
DO YOU OFFER ALTERATIONS OR SMALL ADJUSTMENTS?
- Very minimal. I offer simple adjustments such as shortening straps, tightening elastic, or minor hem work on pieces that are handmade by me. These small tweaks are reviewed case-by-case depending on my current workload. I do not offer full tailoring or redesign services.

I SEE A FEW THINGS I WOULD LIKE TO PURCHASE BUT NOT RIGHT NOW. CAN YOU HOLD ITEMS FOR ME?
- No. We do not hold items or reserve products for future purchases.
WHAT SIZES DO YOU OFFER?
- We follow U.S. standard sizing. Handmade items range between XS β XXL. Boutique-style ready-to-wear garments from other brands usually range from S β L and S β 2XL. Check the product description for specific garment details.
π Returns & Refunds
I RECEIVED MY ITEM(S) AND THEY WERE DAMAGED
- We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items once they leave our facility, but we will work with you if your item arrives damaged:
1) Send a clear photo of the damaged item(s).
2) Return them to 2801 Washington Rd., Ste #107, PMB 114, Augusta, GA 30901 with a copy of your receipt.
3) Notify us within 7 calendar days of delivery.
*Please note:* Exact fabric matches are not guaranteed for replacements. If you contact us after 7 days, we cannot assist further.
HOW DO I REQUEST A REFUND?
- Because our items are handmade, returns and refunds are not accepted. See our store policies for details.

DO YOU TAKE CASH APP PAYMENTS?
- No. We do not accept Cash App payments. Cash App is for personal transfers and is not used as a professional merchant portal here.
- We accept all major credit cards plus Apple Pay, Shop Pay, and Google Pay for secure checkout.
