SECTION 20A - ALTERATIONS & SERVICE POLICY

All Sales Are Final
Due to the custom nature of alterations and sewing services, all services are final sale. No refunds will be issued once work has been completed.

Fit & Expectations
Alterations are based on fitting at the time of your appointment. Changes in body size, posture, footwear, or undergarments may affect final results.

Customer Approval
All garments are altered based on customer approval during fitting. By approving the fit, you accept the final outcome.

Garment Condition
We are not responsible for damage due to garment condition, prior alterations, or fabric limitations.

Lined & Specialty Garments
Additional charges may apply for lined garments, specialty fabrics, or complex construction.

Turnaround Time
Completion times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Unclaimed Garments
Garments not picked up within 30 days may be considered abandoned.

Payments
Payment is due at pickup unless otherwise stated. Deposits may be required.

Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service for garments beyond safe or reasonable alteration.
