House of Lady J, LLC - SHIPPING POLICY

 

Shipping via United States Postal Service (USPS) in order to keep the cost of shipping fees down. Once your order is placed and received we ship within 3 to 5 business days. There are some cases where we ship the same-day if order is placed before 2:00pm EST.

Shipping tracking / confirmation number email will be sent to you immediately upon completion of your purchase so you can track your items.

We are not responsible for lost or damaged items. We take pride in preparing your good for delivery and we will never ship items to you that are damaged as we have no control of what does on during transit from our shipping grounds to your final destination.

We are only shipping within the USA territories and Canada at this time.

NO REFUNDS and or NO EXCHANGE at this time due to nature of handmade products.
